One of our chefs is leaving to travel Australia and we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified chef to assist in running a busy restaurant and banqueting kitchen catering for a variety of events. A la carte lunch and evening menu in bar/restaurant.
The successful applicant will have previous experience:
• Working alone and as part of a team
• Setting menus and food pricing
• Ordering and monitoring supplies
Attention to detail is a must and we want someone to maintain and enhance our reputation built over 51 years in business. Competitive salary on offer.
